Our management team is responsible for the day-to-day running of YE,A. They focus on primarily on creating a positive experience for programme participants, and related to that, craft YE,A's strategy, manage its brand, and lead fund-raising efforts

Kobby is a MBA candidate at London Business School. Prior to enrolling at London Business School, he spent three and a half years as an Associate in The Nielsen Company's Emerging Leaders Programme and as a Director of Research in Nielsen's media and entertainment consulting businesses.

Lindy holds a BA in International Relations from Agnes Scott College in the United States. She was actively involved in developing and fundraising for many key organizations on campus such as Amnesty International. She also served as a Resource Development Intern at International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Tapestri Inc.

She currently works in the finance department of Teletext Ltd. Lindy hopes to use her extensive experience with non profits and grass roots organizing to develop YE,A into a world class non-profit organization.
Sandra graduated from Agnes Scott College in May 2006 with a BA in Economics. Since then, she has worked in the payments practice of McKinsey & Company as a senior analyst focused on retail banking activities in North America.

Sandra also leads retail banking strategy sessions focused on banking topics such as financial inclusion and microfinance for McKinsey’s Global Concepts office in Atlanta.
Stacy-Ann holds a MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University in the United States. She has worked in the areas of Consumer Brand Marketing with GlaxosmithKline and as a Senior Consultant with Capgemini LLC.

Stacy-Ann is the CEO of her own Travel Consulting Company and has led various marketing efforts with non-profit groups. Stacy-Ann serves at the marketing director, influencing the U.S Market for YE,A.
Kamau is Kenyan and holds a BA in International Relations from Mount Allison University, Canada.He currently teaches History, Thinking Skills and Theory of Knowledge at his alma mater, the SOS Hermann Gmeiner International College in Tema, Ghana. Outside work, Kamau pursues numerous interests concerning the Ghanaian youth. In 2008, he worked with the Ghana Media Advocacy Programme and the International Labour Organization to sensitize community members on the adverse effects of Child trafficking in Ghana.

Kamau is also committed to the issues confronting the African youth such as identity formation and employment opportunities. He recently gave a talk at the 2009 PANAFEST Summit, themed: From Good to Great.

Kamau's interests and passions range from music and travel to late night chats with friends over good wine.

Liam Tayler started his career in 1998 with McKeown's Software as an implementation consultant and moved on to a position as IT Director of the UK's largest independent reprographics company The Color Co. in 1999.   He
started eTienda, SL in 2004 after completing his MBA and its rapid growth in its first year led to the division of the 2 key business areas, and the formation of Tengo que Tenerlo Distribuciones, SL in 2006.   The success of these businesses was recognized by various organizations, which went on to ask him to run forums on his experiences in business and internet marketing to groups of entrepreneurs and masters students. In 2006 Liam was sought out by a Barcelona university to run courses in Business Plan Creation and Development and Bilingual Public Speaking in their master's program.   Liam moved to Ghana in 2009 and capitalizing on his qualities as a toastmaster is offering public speaking seminars and workshops, whilst working remotely as a freelance translator, Business class professor and consulting with new start-ups and existing businesses.
